Zachary Wiley is a Nashville-based trial lawyer with over a decade of experience handling personal injury cases. He’s successfully helped hundreds of clients recover from life-changing accidents, from car crashes and workplace injuries to wrongful death and general negligence cases. Along the way, he’s secured over $30 million in compensation for people whose lives were turned upside down by serious injuries.
Zach’s time at a large national law firm sharpened his legal skills but also gave him a firsthand look at what’s missing in traditional personal injury law. He founded The Wiley Firm in 2023 to create a place where clients are truly heard, given the time and care their cases demand, and where personalized service leads to real results.
Outside the courtroom, Zach’s just as busy. He lives in Nashville with his wife—who’s also a trial lawyer—and their two energetic young daughters. When he’s not fighting for his clients, Zach enjoys spending time with his family and exploring all the great things Middle Tennessee has to offer.
